-Register as a buyer here. This verifies your age for us.

-You won’t be able to place your order online, so please call or email us the wine (with quantities) you wish to purchase.

-Provide us with your credit card information (number, card, expiration, and billing address). For your security, this is best done over the phone.

-Get us your shipping address in California by phone or email.

-We bring the wine to our California warehouse and then ship it to your California address.

-There are two charges to your credit card. One for the wine shipping to our warehouse in California and one for the shipping charge to your California address. It's approximately $25 to ship a case of wine within California.

  • All wines are shipped via UPS.

During periods of hot weather we send UPS Ground orders on Mondays to minimize delivery times and (hopefully) avoid having the wines sit in hot warehouses over a weekend.

UPS Ground typically delivers orders within 5 business days. Average delivery time is 2-3 days on the West Coast and 4 days to the East Coast.

  • Wines are packed in specially-designed protective packaging. Damage in transit is very rare.

During periods of hot weather we pack wines in insulated styrofoam shipping packages and pre-chill them to ensure that they remain cool throughout the shipping process.

  • Please make sure that someone 21 or over will be present to sign for your wine. You may want to have your wine shipped to a business address instead of your home for this reason. You can also ship your wine to a UPS Store location and you can pick it up at your convenience.

  • All wine shipments require a signature by an adult 21 or over. Many customers prefer to ship to their work address and find that doing so reduces delivery issues.

  • Vinoshipper is a cloud-based platform that helps small wineries to sell direct. Our partnership with Vinoshipper allows us to ship to more than 35 additional states.
